Yes, days 11 to 16, guys, I’ve been laaaaazy this February. But enough about me. Let’s talk about the fellas who fell bravely during the past few days. They fought well, but my hunger fought better.
I’ve made summaries for each day. Isn’t it cute???Big big break!!! Cause I had a big break. AAhhhh day 11 not very creative – 2 smoothies, 2x oat cake and I believe 2x fried bulgur with vegetables, I just show one in this collage so you’d think I’m eating less. After all I did only 50 burpees at home and no other sports, so I did not deserve a second serving. But NO – Stela hungry!! So Stela eats.
The highlight of day 12 was not the soup you can see in the middle. It was the smoothie. It was a true beauty maker – avocado, apple, lemon and cabbage. I had it 2 or 3 times throughout the day. I had a Zumba class in the evening. If I ever manage to coordinate my arms and legs, one day I might get an intense workout out of this class. Up till now it’s a good jumping around and getting kinda sweaty class.After my Zumba class my sister had made a meal from our childhood (bottom right corner) and I was inspired!!! Day 13 was a whole lot better. A whole new world! I decided to make the potato meal again and to fill it in tortillas with some vegetables and with my awesome avocado dip. Oh heaven! I ate this for 3 days. Every day. And I could eat this even longer. But all good things come to an end. And so did the 3 potato bags I had in my house.It was a perfect meal. I rarely feel satisfied after a meal – I either want more of it or I want something else. But after just one, okay two tortillas – I felt so complete and happy inside. My sweet of the day was a cake similar to the one from day 11-12, but with berries instead of chocolate inside. It was good, but I still prefer chocolate. The new smoothie (upper right corner) was a little too cabbage-y for my taste. I had a lot of cabbage in my fridge, so I used it. As well as the spinach, an apple and a lemon. Good for detox, not good for my taste. But I drank a whole lot of it.
Afterwards I had a very sporty evening at the gym – a trampoline workout (high knees, jumping jacks, only jumping) and afterwards kick boxing, without the boxing part. I love sports, I felt soooo alive. And I really start to feel guilty and as if something’s not right, if I don’t do any exercises (I think this was the case day 14 and 16). Seriously just do it.
Day 14 was an awesome day again, guess why??? Yes, yes, yes. LEFTOVERS!!! Leftovers the all over I am. Yoda name my is. I don’t know does “it” speak like that? I’ve only watched one Star Wars movie and only because I thought Yoda looked very cute and inspiring. I don’t remember anything from that movie. But I can show you what I ate on Saturday.Okay it was the same as day 13. I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t do another collage, because I have the same pics.
Day 15 – last potato day. But!!! After my morning smoothie I did something bad that day. Very, very bad.
So what happened is – I went to the coffee shop. I drank coffee and I ate this cupcake. It was sooo good, vegan, but also sooo heavy. I almost saw the cupcake again during my HIIT workout later that day. But I kept it all in. And then I had a bean soup and one of my favorite tortillas. A happy happy day. It was.Day 16. Bad news – no more potatoes. Good news – a lot more sushi. Quinoa sushi – not a good news, but rice and quinoa sushi – not bad. Not bad at all. I had so much sushi, and I didn’t even notice how it happened. The other thing that made my day was my sauerkraut with bulgur lunch. So even though I did not have the best dessert (a dried out piece of oat cake with berries) I felt pretty well. Maybe a little too full – I did eat too much sushi. I really do not know when to stop with those.And I didn’t do any sports. But I did wash my hair, sooo…the joke is on you.
Tomorrow I’ll be traveling and I don’t know what I’m going to eat on the way. Actually I’m pretty happy about it, because traveling in this freezing weather is a good excuse to buy a cup of coffee and maybe take a pizza or something??? But at least I’ll make sure it’s a good one. I’ll be posting the diary of today and tomorrow on Thursday. Until then, try to stay slim and to do sports.
