Yes, I took off like a bee and collected 20-minute Pilates workout routines from the internet. And why? Why did I do it?
Well, I don’t know about you, but lately I feel like I have no time to even fake smile (which is not great for your immune system). And by lately, I mean the last like, what, 7 years? But who’s counting?

I don’t want my miserable time management skills to ruin my body and keep me from exercising on a daily basis. So, I decided I need a list of quick workouts that I can do in the morning, get it over with and move ON. We’re talking 20 minutes. I don’t know about you, but 20-25 minutes a day seem reasonable to me! 30 minutes…I don’t know I start to stress. But 20 I can do. I love Pilates and the way it makes me feel, so I am committing to a simple weekly workout split that trains every part of the body.
So, in this small collection of 20-minute mat Pilates workout videos from YouTube you’ll find at home routines to train the entire body (I like classical!), as well as some that target the lower or upper body. Feel free to mix and match these with your favorite go-to workouts to create a weekly exercise plan that works for your schedule!
20-Minute Pilates Workout Routines
(For When You Don’t Have Time To Even Smile)
1. Classical Pilates Full Body Routine
We’re starting the list off, with a bit of a “longer” workout. This one is quick-paced and packs a ton in 24 minutes, it’s a full-body workout!
2. Upper Body And Core Pilates Workout
Grab some light weights for this upper body Pilates routine! It might not be classical mat Pilates, but it will challenge you and make you feel great!
3. Pilates Leg Workout
We’re focusing on the lower body here! If you need low-impact workouts that target your legs aka you can’t or don’t want to do squats or lunges – Pilates is the way to go! You don’t even need to get up to do the exercises!
4. Classical Pilates in 20 Minutes
Another great full-body routine to make you feel strong and alive (that’s at least how I feel when I finish a workout like this one in the morning).
5. Abs and Back Pilates Routine
A bit quicker, this routine will target the upper body, specifically your core and it will wake up your back muscles!
6. Lower Body And Core Wall Pilates
I still haven’t tried this wall Pilates routine, but it looks super challenging and promising for my 20-minute needs, so I’m super excited about having this one on next week’s workout plan!
7. Mobility and Stretch Pilates
So, the last routine in the workout split for the week is stretching! This video will help you improve flexibility and mobility. I feel like this is such a great way to finish a week of workouts, reset and get ready for a new one. That’s right, to do it all again!
I don’t know about you, but I prefer to do quick workouts every day rather than longer workouts a few days a week. I’m always afraid I’ll get out of routine if I skip more than 1-2 days. This schedule helps me stay on track – I know exactly what I’m doing in the morning.
So if you love Pilates, but don’t have a ton of time to train this week, give these routines a go!
