Okay, I’ve got something fun. Well, at least if you want a 30-day workout plan that will get you healthier, happier, stronger and more fit in 30 minutes a day. How about that? That’s exactly what this at home 30-Day workout plan for women is about – it makes it easier to stay consistent, so you get results. Beginner workouts are also included, so that anybody can participate!
Last month I joined a gym and I, again, must say: I hate it. I don’t know how people do it. Can’t stand the treadmill, hate the machines and I end up doing what I can do anywhere – using dumbbells and doing mat or plyometric exercises. I do this every year thinking, “Oh, it’s been a year.
Maybe I like the gym now. ” Eeeeerrrrr. No.
So, for the next months when it’s cold and depressing outside I will be doing my workouts at home. In fact, since I also work at home, I probably won’t go out at all. Fun times. Maybe to get food. Or see other people. Who am I kidding, I’ll only go out to get food. Then I’ll hide in my cave doing this workout plan.
Speaking of, you’ll love this 30-Day at home workout plan. It’s a combination of workouts that are short and fun, but get real results. All in the comfort of your living room, bedroom, I’ve heard people do them in the bathroom – any room at home. All you need is 30 minutes every day (well sometimes 40), a mat and a good attitude!
You’ll burn fat and tone at the same time. We’ll be working out 5 days/week and stretching/ doing yoga 2 times/week.

- Monday: Barre or Pilates (Strength & Stretch)
- Tuesday: Dance or Cardio (Cardio, Fat-Burning)
- Wednesday: Barre or Pilates (Strength & Stretch)
- Thursday: Yoga or Stretching (Rest)
- Friday: Dance Workout (Cardio, Fat-Burning)
- Saturday: Barre or Pilates (Strength & Stretch)
- Sunday: Yoga or Stretching (Rest)

This is what I will be doing for the next 30 days – these are some of my go-to, workouts, and I’m really excited to be starting this, because the gym was a huge disappointment. No offense to anyone who loves the gym. We all like different things. Right now, I like dance workouts, yoga, barre and pilates. Makes me feel strong and lean and it’s so much fun.
