These are my favorite free at home workouts! Make these a part of your workout routine to get fit without going to the gym. I have tried them all and they really work, when you stay consistent!
Last year, when I was doing my get fit and healthy challenge I committed to trying more new at home workouts. And because I wanted to try many of them – I decided to test free workouts. (I’m not going to pay a small fortune on workouts I haven’t tested). And so I did.
Let me tell you, the fact that these workouts below are free is proof that the universe (or God, or someone out there) loves us. Because they’re just as good, if not better than most workouts I’ve ever done.
Intense, challenging, but so much fun. To me, they’re THE BEST free workouts that can help anyone lose weight (especially belly fat) & build muscle.
These free at home workouts can get fit – you can see results within weeks when you stay consistent.
And what’s the best way to stay consistent? That’s right – you make yourself a workout plan and commit! If you need some help on how to do it – take a look how I create a workout plan for myself here.
The way I structured my workout plan using these workouts was:
Monday: Cardio
Tuesday: Barre/Pilates/Toning
Wednesday: Yoga/Stretching
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Barre/Pilates/Toning
Saturday: Yoga/Stretching
Sunday: Active rest – go out for a walk or a hike
For the yoga workouts – I did either a short yoga morning workout or the yoga video for neck and shoulders I’m always talking about.
Feel free to can use my workout plan or come up with your very own and include other workouts you like!
So, let’s get to the workouts that will get you in shape, even if you don’t leave your home.

Sweaty Betty Ballet Bootcamp enCORE Workout by SweatyBetty
I discovered this ballet workout, because my friend would always tell me how everything hurt when she had her ballet class the day before. I thought to myself: “Wow, you must be so out of shape”. But I put it differently: “Ballet, really?” I had to try ballet for myself and did a little search on Youtube. And let me tell you, I don’t know what my friend was doing in her class, but this ballet workout????? It’s pretty much everything I needed to tone my entire body. I thought my arms will fall off at one point, but kept going.
Fat Burning HIIT Cardio Workout by FitnessBlender
I honestly hate HIIT, as much as I hate meal prep. But I started incorporating HIIT more often into my exercise routine to be able to burn more fat (I accumulated a lot of belly fat by sitting at my desk and I want to get rid of it) This HIIT workout is awesome. It works even for someone who truly feels tortured when doing HIIT.
