Make time for these workouts 4-5 times a week and you can reduce belly fat pretty quickly! These are the best free at home workout to help you get in shape fast – I have tried all of them and they really work, when you stay consistent!

When I was first starting to work out at home back in 2010, I bought a DVD with some weirdly dressed dancers and decided to try it.
I was clumsy, didn’t know what I was doing, but would not give up. That DVD was like a car accident – you just can’t seem to stop looking (and moving along).
To my surprise at the end of the 45 minutes I did, I was sweating and felt better than ever. Like better than ever. Better than a smoothie, better than a walk in the park, better than drinking a glass of wine when I’m stressed.
I felt so alive and all my neck pain was suddenly gone.
I liked this feeling so much that I continued doing the workout the next day and then the next day and then the next day. It was so much fun! I mixed and matched – one day I would do 30 min, one day 20, the next 45.
Within 2 weeks I was already seeing difference in my body composition and my face had gotten slimmer. (my face is kinda chubby and along with my belly – the first place I gain fat)
Well, well, well. Look who’s getting in shape by dancing like a weirdo.
That DVD was Pump it up: The Ultimate Dance Workout.
Now 7 years have passed and this DVD is still, one of my favorite workouts EVER. I’ve been to Zumba classes, basketball, aerobic classes, salsa classes (HATE them) – nothing really has pushed me this much and made me feel so amazing and like I’ve really had fun and exercised A LOT.
Last year, when I was doing my get fit and healthy challenge I committed to trying more new at home workouts. And because I wanted to try many of them – I decided to test free workouts. (I’m not going to pay a small fortune on workouts I haven’t tested). And so I did.
Let me tell you, the fact that these workouts below are free is proof that the universe (or God, or someone out there) loves us.
Because they’re just as good, if not better than most workouts I’ve ever done.
Intense, challenging, but so much fun. To me, they’re THE BEST free workouts that can help anyone lose weight (especially belly fat) & build muscle.
These free at home workouts can get you in shape and you can see results within weeks when you stay consistent.

The 5 Absolute Best Free At Home Workouts To Get You In Shape Fast
(I count this cardio)
By far, in my honest opinion, – the most challenging workout to help you lose fat and get in shape quick. It’s intense, you’ll be sweating and you’ll feel energized when you’re done.
But while you’re doing it? Oh my…
You’ll probably want to quit multiple times, because it’s that intense. At least that’s how it was for me. But I promise, if you keep going and listen to your body, take breaks whenever you feel you need to – you’ll be proud of yourself!
(Count it as Barre/Pilates)
I discovered this ballet workout, because my friend would always tell me how everything hurt when she had her ballet class the day before.
I thought to myself: “Wow, you must be so out of shape”.
But I put it differently: “Ballet, really?”
However…I had to try ballet for myself and did a little search on Youtube. And let me tell you, I don’t know what my friend was doing in her class, but this ballet workout????? It’s pretty much everything I needed to tone my entire body.
And it does more than your usual toning exercise – I trained muscles I didn’t even know existed…Like those forgotten arms, neck and shoulder muscles?
I thought my arms will fall off anytime soon, but kept going.
This workout is amazing.

My feelings for HIIT? I hate it, as much as I hate meal prep. But lately I started incorporating it more often into my exercise routine to be able to burn more fat (I accumulated a lot of belly fat by sitting at my desk and I want to get rid of it).
Now this HIIT workout, like all FitnessBlender workouts is awesome. It works even for someone who truly feels tortured when doing HIIT.

Last, but not least – this AMAZING, super intense Pilates workout! You’ll burn calories, tone EVERYTHING and feel like you can’t anymore, but you’ll continue and realize you can do more than you thought!
