Do you want to sleep better at night? I do. Well, these seven relaxing bedtime yoga routines can help!
I’m not gonna lie. In my lifetime I’ve met a person or two who made me want to scream out:
“How can you sleep at night (you jerk)?”
Turns out, lately I cannot sleep at night and it’s not because I’m a horrible person.
Is that called karma?
I don’t know.
I think I’m just having a hard time winding down after a long day and I still want to do things on the computer. And many times I end up eating so much at night – not cute. I’ve been doing well with stopping this overeating habit for a while, but since it got colder, something in me wants to eat late. I think it’s called a monster. Those don’t hide under the bed anymore, they go straight to the kitchen.
So, basically I’m looking for an evening routine to keep my sanity.
Well, looking for ways to relax at night before bed, lead me to discover bedtime yoga! And I love the idea. Instead of going to sleep tight and in pain, thinking of all the things you HAVE to do tomorrow or blaming yourself for everything you did or didn’t do today – you can stretch and relax.
We all love stretches in the morning, we love stretches at the desk, I think we’ll love them right before we go to sleep. Wouldn’t we? So here are seven bedtime yoga sequences to relax and get better sleep.

The zipping white light flying about in video #6 – 5 minute yoga, is much to distracting. Looks like it could be a good routine.
